Corrosion-resistant cable for gaseous, liquid, and seawater environments

Corrosion-resistant cables are primarily used in environments such as: corrosion-resistant oil and grease environments, gaseous and mist-like corrosive environments, liquid corrosive environments, and seawater corrosive environments.

Typical application scenarios: Used in harsh environments such as ports, steel, mining, chemical, automotive, petroleum, packaging, and logistics.

Main characteristics: Corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, anti-aging, and can also be custom-designed and produced according to usage requirements.

Product Structure

Conductor: Made of multi-stranded fine and finely bunched Class 6 oxygen-free copper wires, compliant with DIN VDE 0295 Class 6.

Insulation: 105CPVC

Shielding layer: High-flexibility tinned copper braided shielding.

Braiding density: 85%

Outer sheath: Polyurethane mixture (corrosion-resistant type).

Colors: Black, yellow, orange, white (all customizable as needed).

Test voltage: U 3000V, compliant with DIN VDE 281 Part 2.

Operating temperature range: -40°C to +90°C
